Terms Summary
By accessing or using the Sulcus memory platform, APIs, MCP servers, or ChatGPT integration, you agree to these Terms. You retain complete ownership of all data you store, and agree to use our infrastructure responsibly within designated rate limits.
1. Description of Service
Sulcus provides a proactive memory and context-as-a-service platform designed for artificial intelligence agents, autonomous systems, and LLMs. Our services include the cloud API (api.sulcus.ca), Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, OpenAPI actions for ChatGPT, and developer management dashboards.
2.Account Registration & API Keys
Access to Sulcus requires an account or a valid API key (sk-...). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials.
- All activities, queries, and storage operations occurring under your authenticated credentials.
- Immediately notifying Sulcus or revoking your key if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Store, index, or transmit illegal, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content.
- Attempt to circumvent, probe, or breach multi-tenant security barriers or access other tenants' data.
- Launch denial-of-service attacks or subject the APIs to abusive, automated loops exceeding published rate limits (standard tier: 100 requests/minute).
- Store unencrypted Protected Health Information (PHI) or Payment Card Industry (PCI) data without an executed enterprise agreement.
4.Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
- Customer Data: You retain all right, title, and interest in and to all memories, knowledge graphs, text snippets, and facts you store in Sulcus. Digital Forge Studios Inc. claims zero ownership over your content.
- Sulcus Platform: Digital Forge Studios Inc. retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Sulcus platform, context algorithms, SIU classifiers, trademarks, documentation, and APIs.
5.Service Availability & Rate Limits
While we strive for 99.9% operational availability, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to apply rate limits, throttle excessive connections, or perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Forge Studios Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting the plugin, deleting your credentials, and discontinuing API usage. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
